The Doggy-Doo Yard Marker was created by the Hugo Family of Somerset County, NJ. Our product is dedicated in loving memory to Doxie, for a very good reason! Doxie, born on July 11th 1989, lived to be 15½ years old! That's nearly 16 years of picking up Doxie's droppings. She inspired me early on to mark them, on certain occasions. These would be: When I was running off to work early in the morning When I let her out upon my return from work, and was more compelled to be in and eat, than pick up after her When it was the last "let out" before bed When the weather was foul The list could go on. Knowing where Doxie's droppings were meant: I wasn't sidestepping unexpected piles I could grab a few bags and pick up all at one time I could save energy, no longer having to memorize the location of a dropping So, in September of 2007, my husband, children and I came up with a way to bring the Doggy-Doo Yard Marker to you. Now we have two dogs, Daisy, our yellow lab and Copper, our cockapoo. They both stay busy relieving themselves in our fenced in yard! Click here to read our press statement.
